A possible explanation

A note on the  alleged Batman movie killer Holmes.  His tics and wildly inappropriate behavior such as bizarre facial grimacing and spitting on his jailers, in addition to his predictions about what he was going to do, leads one to think he is having temporal lobe seizures, possibly as a result of a tumor, or arterio-venous malformation.
